POP-UP CLASS
Stretch & Breathe - Sunday, 2/2/25, 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. @ Smiley Bldg., Rm. 24
STRETCH & BREATHE POP-UP CLASS DETAILS:
We will begin with breath work to stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest & digest system). Followed by slow & intentional stretches to gently release fascia, achy muscles & joints promoting easier movement & increase blood flow/circulation. The class culminates in a mindful meditation session designed to quiet the mind and create a space for growth & peace. Instructors: Joanna Maguire, LMT & Victoria Swinghamer, Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher.

We will get our hearts pumping, learn awesome choreo* and strengthen our bodies with dynamic strength training exercises. Our goal is to leave class feeling better (light & love) so we can be awesome members in our community.
Livin'It Dancefit Express - is the same fun & energizing dance class but condensed into 45 minutes for folks on the go!
Livin'It Dancefit & Strength - is a spin off of our original dance class. We begin class with apprx. 25 minutes of dance movement, followed by heavier weights to engage our large muscle groups, and finish on the floor with pilate-style core work. It's everything all in one class!
