📍 Do you really come to my home?

Yes! We’re 100% mobile. We groom your pup in our fully equipped, climate-controlled grooming van right outside your home.

🛁 How long does grooming take?

Most grooms take 1–2 hours, depending on coat condition, breed, size, and temperament. Puppies, anxious dogs, and heavy coats may need a little extra time.

🐾 Will my dog be with other dogs?

Nope! We offer one-on-one grooming only—no cages, no loud backroom, no stressful waiting area.

🌸 What if my dog is nervous or older?

We specialize in fear-free, gentle handling, perfect for seniors, anxious pups, and dogs that need a calmer grooming environment.

🚐 What do you need from me on appointment day?

Just access to a clean, level and legal place to park.We provide everything else—water, power, bath, tools and products

🧼 Do you use high-quality products?

Absolutely. We use premium shampoos, conditioners tailored to your pups needs. If you have a prescription wash from your vet we will definitely use it on your pup

🕒 Why aren’t appointment times exact?

We work with animals and traffic—two very unpredictable things! We always aim to be on time but may run ahead or slightly behind. We will always keep you informed

💖 What forms of payment do you take?

Almost all major payment methods are accepted. Payment is due at the end of service.

🚫 Do you groom aggressive dogs?

We do our best, but for everyone’s safety, we cannot groom dogs who show dangerous levels of aggression.

✂️ Can I watch during the groom?

For safety, no. Pups can get wiggly when their parents are nearby! But we’ll update you and return a freshly pampered pup.
