🧼 Matted Coat Policy
Severely matted coats can be painful and unsafe to brush out. In these cases, shaving may be the most humane option. Additional time, wear on equipment, and stress on the dog may result in extra charges.
🐾 Behavioral Policy
We specialize in anxious and reactive dogs and always use gentle handling. However, for everyone’s safety, we cannot groom dogs that show dangerous levels of aggression, including repeated attempts to bite.
💸 Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
