Appointment times are estimates, not exact. Because we work with pets and traffic, timing can shift slightly. We always communicate with you and arrive as close as possible to your scheduled window.

🧼 Matted Coat Policy

Severely matted coats may require a shorter clip for the comfort and safety of your dog. We will always discuss options before starting.

🐾 Behavioral Policy

If a dog becomes too stressed or unsafe to groom, we may pause or end the session for their wellbeing.

💸 Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

🚐 Parking Policy

We need a safe, legal place to park near your home. A driveway is ideal!
