It is important to familiarize yourself with these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable salon experience. A credit card is required to secure appointments at Mane Haven Salon. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If a cancellation or rescheduling is not made within this timeframe, a nonrefundable fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. We apologize for any inconvenience, but refunds cannot be provided for canceled or missed appointments.
We strive to provide exceptional service and customer care at all times. Please note that refunds are not issued for salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you received, please inform the salon within two days. In the event that you are not satisfied with the work performed, we kindly request that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. We will make every effort to address any necessary adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who initially provided the service. Please note that these adjustments are complimentary and must be scheduled within two days of the initial service.
Mane Haven Salon reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos taken on our private property. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted, or promoted please let us know, although it is not guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with your hair or any other salon services, you must reach out to us within 7 days and your stylist can speak with you about what adjustments they may need to make to resolve the issue. They will assess your services and they will go over your initial consultation where expectations and hair goals were first discussed before your service. Then your stylist along with the consent of a manager will be able to make the decision on whether any adjustments are complimentary or if there is a fee.
If you purchase a product at Mane Haven Salon and it is UNOPENED and it has not been used, you are welcome to return the product within 7 days of purchase and get a full refund. If you try a product and you are not happy with it, we will exchange that product with another product within the salon for equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange for a higher priced product, then you are responsible to make up the difference. The bottle must be at least 90% full for us to swap it out with another salon product.
Mane Haven Salon has several surveillance cameras inside and outside our building for safety and protection of our staff and clients.
