Meadow Therapeutics Virtual Training is designed to provide individualized guidance, structure, and accountability for training, movement quality, and physical development.

Scope of Service

Virtual Training includes:

  1. Personalized training programming
  2. Movement and technique guidance
  3. Progress review and goal assessment
  4. Accountability and support through structured check-ins


Virtual Training does not include:

  1. In-person training or hands-on services
  2. Medical diagnosis or treatment
  3. Emergency or crisis support

Touchpoints & Communication

Touchpoints are structured coaching interactions used to:


  1. Review progress and adherence
  2. Adjust programming or goals
  3. Answer questions and provide guidance


Touchpoints may be conducted via:


  1. Written check-ins
  2. Voice messages
  3. Phone or video calls
  4. Video review feedback


Touchpoints may be live or asynchronous and vary in length based on need. They are not guaranteed to be a fixed duration.


Each coaching tier includes a defined number of touchpoints. Unused touchpoints do not roll over.

Communication Expectations

  1. Clients are encouraged to submit check-ins, questions, and videos clearly and concisely.
  2. Response times vary by coaching tier and are outlined in the selected plan.
  3. Communication is limited to agreed-upon platforms (e.g., app, email, messaging).


Meadow Therapeutics reserves the right to set and maintain healthy professional boundaries to ensure sustainable, high-quality coaching.

Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in virtual training, the client agrees to:


  1. Provide accurate health history, injury, and training history
  2. Follow programming to the best of their ability
  3. Communicate discomfort, pain, or concerns promptly
  4. Complete check-ins honestly and on time
  5. Take responsibility for their own effort and consistency


Progress depends heavily on client participation and adherence.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  1. Virtual Training is billed monthly.
  2. All payments are due prior to the start of the coaching period.
  3. Coaching fees are non-refundable once the month has begun.
  4. Clients may cancel future billing with written notice according to stated cancellation terms.

Code of Conduct

Meadow Therapeutics maintains a respectful, professional coaching environment.


Harassment, inappropriate communication, or repeated disregard for boundaries may result in termination of services without refund.

Agreement Acknowledgement

By enrolling in Meadow Therapeutics Virtual Training, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
