How do I prepare for my DXA Scan?

Avoid eating or drinking 2 hours prior and avoid intense exercise on the day of the scan. Wear light clothing with no metal. Avoid wearing jeans. 

How do I prepare for my VO2 Max Test?

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and intense exercise 24 hours before. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring running shoes. You may also bring your own chest-worn heart rate monitor if you wish. 

How do I prepare for my RMR test?

Fast for 4-6 hours before the test. Arrive rested and avoid exercise, caffeine, and alcohol on the test day. You may also want to bring a snack for when you are finished.
