Come dressed in something comfortable that you can move in — leggings or biker shorts paired with a shirt or tank work great. Grip socks are totally optional, so feel free to wear them if you prefer a little extra grip!
Nope! It’s $23 per class.
We want you to come when it works for you — no pressure to commit to a package. Life gets busy, and we totally get that!
You have up to 4 hours before class to cancel.
BUT, if you are scheduled for an early morning class (5:30am, 5:45am, 6:30am), we kindly ask that you cancel before 8:00 pm the night before so others have the time to join the class. Thank you for your understanding!
We totally understand that things come up, but giving us notice helps us offer spots to others who may be on the waitlist. Thanks so much for understanding and helping us keep classes full and flowing!
When you sign up for a class, you’ll be asked to add a card on file. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged right away. After class, we’ll check you out, and you’ll be all set! Just make sure you have a card on file to reserve your spot.
We offer two class options: Reformer Pilates and Reformer Foundations. If you’re new to Pilates or are not regularly active, we recommend starting with a Reformer Foundations class to help you build confidence and get comfortable with the equipment.

We release our class schedule one month at a time. The new schedule is posted during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. If you’ve been attending regularly and want to keep a consistent spot, you’ll have the opportunity to text us before the schedule goes live to reserve your place.
