HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol the day before and the day of. Avoid caffeine as it can excite sensory nerves and make extractions more painful. Stop exfoliation 3 days prior (acids, scrubs, retinol, facial brushes)
Change your pillow case, clean your phone, basically make sure that anything that touches your face is CLEAN! Avoid sun, hot tubs, saunas, make up and working out for 24 hours. Hydrate with water. Enjoy that glow, girl!
Level 1 peels do not require any pretreatment. YAY! Level 2 + 3 require skin to be prepped for 2-3 weeks prior to your peel. You will need to book a consult prior to your peel to receive your pre treatment plan. Post peel, please use gentle cleanser and hydrating products. Do not use retinol or active serums until your skin is healed. You will be given post care instructions from your esthetician. Post peels kits are included in the price of Level II + III peels. Please make sure to talk to your skincare provider if you have nay questions.
Skin Nirvana is located inside the Sola salon suites in Canyon Park, Bothell WA. We are located on the 2nd floor. Please feel free to find parking either in front or behind the building. Please arrive 5-10 min early to allow time to find a spot. The entrance to the building in through the breezeway next to Club Pilates. Enter through the double glass doors and head up the stairs. A restroom is located outside the spa entrance for your use prior to your service. An elevator is provided for our guests needing a little “boost” up the stairs.

We suggest booking a consult so your esthetician can get to know your skin and make the proper treatment plan for you. First time client? Book a New Client Consult + Facial. This service allows 30 min to chat with your provider and work together on a custom plan for your skin/needs. You then get to relax while she gets to work getting you the skin you have always dreamed of.
