Reservations
Skin Nirvana is by appointment only. All appointments must be booked online. Appointment requests made via text or email will be directed to our website. A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment a minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid being charged a late cancelation fee of 100% of your service price. Clients canceling within 24 hours of their appointment or No Show will be billed via their card on file. If you have a membership or package your credits will be used for payment. If you become ill within 24 hours of your appointment please reach out via text to let us know. We will happily get you rescheduled.
Late Arrival
It is our goal to keep our schedule running smoothing so all clients may be served on time. Arriving later than 10 min past your appointment time will result in you being marked as a No Show. Your card on file will be billed for your service. Please text or call Skin Nirvana prior to your appointment time to let us know when you will arrive. Your service provider will decide if your service can be shortened. You will still pay full price for your shortened service.
Guests
During this time no additional guests or children will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment. This policy is in place to limit exposure during flu season. Guests will be asked to wait in their car or in the hallway. There is limited guest seating available. Guest arriving with their children will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Pricing + Services
Skin Nirvana reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue services at any time. We reserve the right to change product, service and membership pricing at our discretion.
Gratuity
We work hard to ensure your needs and goals are met. While tipping is at your discretion, it is greatly appreciated. Tips are no longer included in the price of memberships and packages. Cash or credit card tips are accepted. A 20% gratuity is suggested.
Returns + Refunds
We are unable to accept returns on used product, kits or merchandise. Please consult with a skincare professional prior to your purchase to ensure you are purchasing the correct products for your skin if you are unsure. All sale and clearance items are final sale.
Gift cards are not redeemable for a cash. Canceled memberships are not redeemable for credit or a refund. All package sales are final and not redeemable for cash or credits. Services rendered are non refundable. We are always happy to work with you on a case by case basis if an issue arrises.
