Pre-Appointment Instructions
To ensure the best results and a comfortable experience, follow these steps before your visit:
- Hydrate: Drink 60–100 ounces of water to help minimize sensitivity.
- Plan Ahead: You won’t be able to eat for 2 hours after your session, so plan your meals accordingly.
- Skip Brushing: Avoid brushing your teeth right before your appointment. Instead, floss and use mouthwash for a fresh start.
- Bring Comfort: Feel free to bring headphones, a book, or anything that helps you relax during the procedure.
Important Reminder: Teeth whitening isn’t a replacement for regular dental cleanings. For healthy teeth and gums, maintain regular dental visits. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have allergies to peroxide or glycerin, consult your doctor before scheduling. Clients with diabetes or heart conditions should also seek medical advice prior to whitening.
