Every session is carefully tailored to your individual needs, whether you're seeking relief from pain, support during pregnancy, stress management, fluid retention management, or deep relaxation.
I combine clinical knowledge with holistic techniques to support both your physical health and emotional wellbeing, creating a truly balanced approach to therapy. From Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology to Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, and Wood Therapy, each treatment is designed to encourage natural healing, improve circulation, and restore harmony within the body.
I provide a safe, welcoming, and professional mobile therapy service exclusively for women, including specialised care during pregnancy and for those seeking a more nurturing, understanding approach. Treatments take place in the comfort of your own home across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, allowing you to fully relax in a familiar environment.
My focus is not simply on temporary relief, but on supporting your long-term wellbeing — helping you feel more comfortable, balanced, and connected in your body every day.

My Hobbies
Movement - especially in nature. I love hiking so much I completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and would do this again in a heartbeat. I adore Salsa and Bachata dancing. I have recently started skiing lessons and love this challenge.
Music - I play the Oboe and got tổ grade 8 at 17 years old, but don't play much now. I have an eclectic taste, I can listen to Latin music and be dancing a solo Salsa or Bachata one minute, then Florence And The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers or Nina Simone the next.
Plants - I created pond and bog garden areas, a fernery, and wildlife-friendly flower beds in my garden. My aim is to have a home that feels like Kew Gardens. I can never get enough greenery!
Cooking - I taught myself to cook and became incredibly resourceful on a student budget. With both Sicilian and English heritage, I grew up surrounded by a rich variety of foods. Travel continues to inspire me to learn about different cultures and cuisines.
No assumptions! Effective communication leads to understanding resulting in freedom! Freedom is discarding who you are not, and being authentically you! Reframe the 'what ifs' to 'how can I/ things/ feel better?
I gained a Distinction in Swedish and Remedial Massage in Sydney, Australia, in 2000, investing my trust fund money into this incredible course. The college was highly regarded and academically advanced. For the first time in my life, I excelled academically, largely because I was so passionate about anatomy and physiology. I had never before been so excited about learning. I returned to the UK refreshed and motivated.
I then moved to London and gained a First Class BSc in Human Nutrition while working as a Spa Therapist at The Sanctuary in Covent Garden. I turned down two PhD offers, instead plumping for a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics because of its vocational focus. I subsequently worked as a Specialist Dietitian for approximately a decade while raising two children.
As my massage practice grew through word-of-mouth referrals, I refreshed my massage skills and continued my professional development. I gained qualifications in Reflexology, Pregnancy Treatments, Indian Head Massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage with Wood Therapy, Baby Massage Instruction, and Nutritional Therapy through BANT.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) remains an important part of my practice through reflection, case study writing, research into the clinical evidence supporting treatment approaches, and ongoing collaboration with fellow professionals and accreditation bodies. This commitment allows me to continually learn, develop, and provide the highest standard of care for my clients.
