Gina Grimm is a proud Toledo native. She is the mother of 3 beautiful children, and has several pets, including (but not limited to, depending on when you read this) 4 dogs, 5 cats, a rabbit, and a tank full of mystery snails. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, gardening, kayaking, hiking, hitting the beach, driving with her windows down + music up, watching true crime documentaries, forest bathing, and learning as many new things as possible. Gina is a Zen Buddhist practitioner and a Shoken student at the Buddhist Temple of Toledo. At her Temple, she goes by her Dharma name, 'Shindō,' which means "trust the way." Gina credits her Buddhist practice for bringing her back to her TRUE self, allowing her find compassion for all beings, and meeting people where they are.

Professionally, Gina is a licensed massage therapist, who specializes in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. She is a professional Forest Bathing instructor and especially loves doing pop-up events during the full moon. Gina is always researching and finding new ways to take care of her clients and those she comes into contact with. Her favorite service to perform is myofascial release, as it can be healing on so many levels. Watching her clients receive such profound relief gives Gina a true joy that cannot be matched.

Gina is a social butterfly and absolutely loves to connect with others. She is proud to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as a women-owned & operated cohort in the 4-1-9!
