Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps reduce pain and improve movement by releasing restricted fascial tissue in the body. Using slow, steady pressure, the therapist allows the tissue to soften and stretch naturally over time. Each session is one-on-one and tailored to your needs, combining hands-on treatment with guided movement and education to support long-term relief. Treatment is done directly on the skin without oils or machines, allowing the therapist to feel restrictions accurately and apply for effectiveness.
Fascia is a strong, web-like connective tissue that runs continuously throughout the entire body, surrounding and supporting muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels, organs, and even individual cells. When fascia is damaged by injury, surgery, inflammation, or even emotional trauma, it can tighten and stick, putting abnormal pressure on surrounding structures, leading to pain, stiffness, poor movement, and even visible signs of aging.
