Sweating with infrared heat is a much gentler and more effective experience. Infrared technology mimics the sun’s natural rays, warming the body from the inside out, while traditional saunas heat the air around you. This allows for a deeper, more comfortable sweat at lower temperatures.

Both the Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy suites are 60-minute sessions. Depending on your personal reset, you may or may not choose to use the full 60 minutes.
Each private suite also includes a vibration plate and a variety of wellness and workout tools that can be used alongside the sauna or red light therapy experience to enhance your session.
• You are pregnant or think you may be pregnant
• You are taking certain prescription medications
• You have a pacemaker
• You are on blood thinners, have hemophilia, or are predisposed to hemorrhaging
• You have had excessive sweating within the last 10 hours
• You are dehydrated
• You are currently menstruating with a heavy flow
• You have recently eaten a large meal
• You are under 18 years old and not accompanied by a parent or guardian
That depends on your personal health and wellness goals. Sweating with infrared therapy is generally safe to do daily for most individuals. The more consistently you sweat, the sooner you may begin to notice progress toward your wellness goals.
Many clients visit 1–5 times per week to support relaxation, recovery, detoxification, and overall well-being.
