How do I prepare for a wax?

Please come to your appointment with clean skin. Exfoliate 2-3 days prior and moisturize daily leading up to your appointment - especially the night before. Avoid caffeine and Advil the day of your wax to prevent excess pinpoint bleeding.

What should I do for aftercare and preventing ingrowns?

Exfoliate 3x/week and moisturize daily. During your appointment, I'm happy to review aftercare products that will best suit your needs.

What kind of wax do you use?

I primarily use a high-quality hard wax. For some areas like arms, legs and back, I use a mix of hard and soft wax. All of the products I use are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is ample parking outside. Please plan a few extra minutes to find a spot and get inside.

Will it hurt?

Depends!

Everyone has a unique pain tolerance. I can provide you with a stress ball or handheld fan if needed, but clients usually tell me it wasn't as bad as they expected. I wax quickly, so it'll be over before you know it!

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major debit cards/credit cards and Apple Pay. I can accept cash in exact change only. I do not accept Venmo or Zelle as payment.
