Please arrive on time for your appointment. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time. If you are not in the suite, ready for the appointment by the 10-minute mark, I will have to reschedule your appointment. Thank you!

There are no refunds for services rendered. If you are not happy with the service, please contact me within 5 days. I will message you privately to remedy the issue. All package and product sales are final.

I accept all major debit cards/credit cards and Apple Pay. I can accept cash in exact change only. I do not accept Venmo or Zelle as payment.

You must provide 24 hrs notice for any cancelations. This can be done by contacting me at 855-514-8393 or online.

Please do not bring any additional guests into the suite. It's quite small and not suitable for children. If you have someone accompanying you, there is a waiting area in the front lobby.
