At TBL, we value your time and take great pride in each client’s experience. Our staff is in high demand as we are an appointment only lounge. We understand circumstances happen and adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully enforce the following policies:
FOR NAIL & SPA SERVICES AND WAXING - We require at least a 24 hour cancelation. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and No-Show, TBL will charge you $25 for each service scheduled.
FOR EYELASH SERVICE - We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for booking any Eyelash Lift and Extension appointments. Please provide a 48 hours notice to change or reschedule your appointment; failure to abide 48 hours policy you will lose your deposit of $50 dollars.
FOR PERMANENT COSMETIC SERVICE - We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for any Permanent Cosmetic appointments. Please provide a 72 hours notice to change or reschedule your appointment; failure to abide 72 hours policy you will lose your deposit of $100.
9 MINUTES LATE POLICY - If you are more than 9 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your service(s). Please call to inform us when you are running late to best accommodate all parties.
NO-SHOW POLICY - Showing up 10 minutes late to an appointment or not showing up at all. Same day cancellations will be marked as a no-show. You will be charged the no-show fee base on the service(s) scheduled.
NO CHILDREN POLICY - To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children under the age of 12 into TBL. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa services accompanied by an adult. It is your full responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.
NO PET POLICY - We're sorry, but we do not allow any pets in the salon.
SERVICE GUIDELINES - To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to request your desired service upon booking, disclose any allergies or sensitivities to chemicals, provide feedback during services for immediate adjustments, notify staff or the salon manager of any concerns or infections immediately, acknowledge any abnormal reactions during or after services.
GUARANTEE - Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours post-appointment. Call for free repairs within this timeframe. Repair appointments must be scheduled within 5 days of the initial service. Additional charges apply for repairs after 3 days or for specific damages. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for damages caused by lack of care or accidents.
REFUND POLICY - No cash refund are provided once clients leave the salon. Notify us before payment if unsatisfied; adjustments or removals will be made. Refunds are not issued for change of mind.
SPECIAL NEEDS ACCOMMODATION - Our top priority is the safety and comfort of our clients. If a client presents with a condition that may pose a risk during nail services, such as difficulty in hand mobility or sensitivity to sharp tools, our technicians reserve the right to refuse service. Client safety is our priority; refusal of service may occur due to safety concerns. Our technicians will assess individual needs and offer alternative solutions. Non-Discrimination: Our refusal of service policy is in no way based on race, ethnicity, or any other discriminatory factors. It is solely focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.

TBL IS A PROFESSIONAL SPA LOUNGE - Our trained staff are here exclusively to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a staff member ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a service immediately and you will be charged for the service(s) scheduled.
