Once your meeting is scheduled, you'll receive several notifications via email and text. These messages will include details on how to prepare and how to join your one-on-one session using Vagaro Live Stream.
At the scheduled time, you’ll meet with your dedicated Onboarding Agent in a personalized 1-on-1 virtual session. Your Agent will share their screen and walk you through your new Vagaro account step-by-step — whether that’s importing data, configuring settings, or tailoring the system to fit your business. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and focus on what matters most to you.

Choose a space where you can clearly hear and engage with your Agent. Avoid driving, assisting clients, or handling other business tasks during the session.

Join from a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet — whatever works best for you. If joining from a smartphone or tablet, make sure you have the Vagaro Customer App installed.

Life happens — if you miss your session, your Agent will try texting or emailing you at the scheduled time. If we’re unable to connect within 10 minutes, you’ll receive an email with a quick link to reschedule. Just choose a better moment and we’ll be there.
