How do I book a piercing appointment?

It’s simple! Pick your piercing from the dropdown, choose a piercer, pick a date and time, and pay a 30% deposit to save your spot. That’s it!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 30% deposit locks in your appointment. It counts toward your piercing’s total cost, so you just pay the rest when you’re done.

What is the deposit for?

The deposit saves your spot and helps us plan our day. It’s part of your piercing price, so it’s not extra money.

Can I get a refund on my deposit?

We don’t give refunds if you cancel or miss your appointment. But if you tell us at least 48 hours ahead, we can move your appointment and use your deposit for the new date. If you change it a second time, you’ll lose the deposit and need to pay a new one. If you cancel and don’t reschedule, the deposit’s gone.

What if I need to reschedule?

Need a new time? Tell us at least 48 hours before, and we’ll shift your appointment and move your deposit. If you reschedule again, you’ll lose the deposit and have to pay another one.

Do you offer walk-ins for piercings?

Yes! Want a piercing today? Stop by, and we’ll fit you in if we have room. To be sure of a spot, book online at least 24 hours ahead.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Just bring your ID and wear comfy clothes that let us reach the piercing spot.

How do you ensure the safety and cleanliness of your piercing procedures?

We use the Enbio S autoclave to sterilize all our tools and jewelry. Our team is certified in Bloodborne Pathogens and follows strict Health and Safety regulations to make sure your experience meets the highest standard of care.

Can I bring my own jewelry?

For safety, we only use our hypoallergenic  titanium jewelry for new piercings. We can switch out your jewelry later, even if we didn’t pierce you! Bring your own or choose from ours, and we’ll change it for a small fee.

What should I do before my piercing appointment?

Eat a snack, drink water, and don’t use alcohol or drugs. Wear loose clothes so we can get to the piercing spot easily. Bring your ID and get ready to rock your new piercing!

How do I take care of my new piercing?

Your piercer will give you easy aftercare steps. Clean it twice a day with saline solution, keep your hands off it unless they’re clean, and stay out of pools or lakes until it’s healed. We’ll give you a care guide to follow.

When can I change my jewelry?

Wait until your piercing is all healed—usually 3-12 months, depending on where it is. Your piercer will tell you when it’s okay to switch to a new stud or hoop.

Can I get my jewelry changed by your piercers even if I got the piercing somewhere else?

Yep! We’ll change your jewelry even if we didn’t do your piercing. Bring your own jewelry or pick something from us, and we’ll swap it out for a small fee.

Can I get a piercing if I have a medical condition?

Check with your doctor first, especially if you have diabetes, skin issues, or take blood thinners. Tell your piercer about any health stuff so we can keep you safe.

How old do I have to be to get a piercing?

You need to be 18 with a valid photo ID, like a driver’s license or passport. We can pierce minors in some cases, with parental consent, identification, and supervision. Call our shop at (336) 270-4825 for more information.

What if my piercing gets infected?

If you see a lot of redness, swelling, pain, or weird stuff coming out, call us or a doctor right away. Don’t take the jewelry out yourself—let a pro look at it.
