Special Instructions
Nonrefundable Appointment Reservation Deposit Policy
At Columbus Skin Care Salon, a 50% nonrefundable appointment reservation deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit is payment for reserving a specific date, time, and service provider exclusively for you. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is removed from our availability and reserved for your scheduled service.
When you arrive and receive your scheduled treatment, the full amount of your reservation deposit is credited toward the total cost of that service.
If you fail to attend your appointment, the reservation deposit is forfeited. The deposit is retained as payment for the appointment time that was reserved and made available to you, regardless of whether the treatment was performed.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible to have the deposit transferred to salon credit for a future appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All appointment reservation deposits are nonrefundable.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these reservation, cancellation, and deposit terms.

Reviews
"100% rock star treatment! Seriously, the service CANNOT be matched. I’ve had the pleasure of being seen by both Kaliece and Kamrin. Their love and knowledge of skin care is evident during every visit, and the care they show their clients is incredible. Thank you, ladies! My skin has never looked and felt better."
