Eyelash extensions are applied to your natural lashes to enhance the appearance of eyelash length, curl, and density. Lightweight and made from a high-quality synthetic blend, our lash extensions are either one singular lash or a fan of lashes. Both types come in a variety of lengths, and curls. A fan consists of multiple lashes that share the same base. As with a singular lash extension, one fan is applied to one natural lash to create a rich and full lash line.

Absolutely not. When applied correctly, lash extensions grow out with your natural lashes. It's important to understand that our natural lashes shed on a daily basis – typically 1-3 lashes per day. This shedding process is completely normal and is why regular refills are crucial. During your refill appointment, our skilled Lash Artists will gently remove any grown-out extensions and replace them with fresh ones, ensuring your lashes look flawless and healthy.

Lash refills are necessary to maintain the look, fullness, and longevity of your lash extensions. As your natural lashes shed, refills—recommended every 2 to 3 weeks—replace the extensions that have grown out or fallen off, keeping your set looking fresh and full. To qualify for the 2 week refill, at least 75% of your lash extensions must still be intact. To qualify for the 3-4 week refill, at least 50% of your lashes must be intact, otherwise, a full set may be required. Refill pricing is based on the time since your last appointment and the condition of your lashes upon arrival.

Full sets are scheduled for 2.5 hours and lash fill appointments are 1.5-2 hours.

• It is important to not wet your eyelashes for at least 24 hours after your appointment. This will give the glue an appropriate amount of time to adhere. This means you should also avoid steam rooms, saunas, and swimming during that period. Please do not face shower head when showering.

• Do not ever use waterproof mascara on eyelash extensions. The ingredients in waterproof mascara will break down the bond of the adhesive. In addition, the removal of waterproof mascara requires an oil-based solution for removal. This type of solution or cleanser will also break down the bond of the adhesive.

• Only use oil-free products to remove eye makeup.

• Do not use an eyelash curler on extensions, as it may break the bond of your extensions as well as causing your natural lashes to break or be damaged.

• If you would like to remove your eyelash extensions, please schedule an appointment. Attempting to remove extensions on yourself is not recommended, as it may cause breakage or loss of your natural lashes, and eye/eyelid irritation.

• Please schedule refill appointments accordingly. Due to the life cycle of your natural lashes, refills should be booked every 2-3 weeks in order to maintain the fullness and longevity of your eyelash extensions.

• BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH! Use your complimentary lash brush on a regular basis to comb and prevent any crisscrossing lashes. Especially, when you wake up and after showering. Close one eye, place the spoolie on top of your lashes, and then roll the brush over your eyelash extensions to keep them defined.
