Stretch & Flow Classes:

Yoga Basics & Beyond (60 Minutes)

Learn foundational yoga poses, healthy alignment, and breath-connected movement in a supportive, easygoing class. Perfect for new students or those returning to the mat, with options to grow at your own pace. Each class ends with calming relaxation to leave you refreshed and balanced.


Sunrise Yoga (45 minutes)

Start your day with gentle, intentional movement synced with your breath and the rising sun. This slow vinyasa class promotes calm, flexibility, and presence through mindful transitions and soothing flows. All levels welcome.


Harmony Flow & Yin (60 minutes)

This all-level vinyasa class blends energizing movement with grounding stillness. You’ll flow through intentional sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility—followed by a calming wind-down that incorporates yin-inspired stretches and longer holds. Designed for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Strength & Flow Classes:

Core Fusion Flow (60 minutes)

A dynamic blend of vinyasa yoga and core-focused movement that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. This all-level class supports balance, stability, and deep mind-body connection—rooted in breath and mindful movement.


Empower Hour (60 minutes)

Ignite your energy and build strength in this dynamic class that blends core-focused movement with power yoga. Designed for an intermediate level, you’ll move through challenging sequences with guided breathwork and flexibility training—leaving you feeling strong, energized, and empowered.

Flow & Restorative Classes:

Gentle Flow and Restore (60 minutes)

A calming class for all levels and mobility ranges. Move through gentle floor and standing poses with supportive guidance and modifications. Class ends with 15 minutes of restorative poses supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks for deep relaxation.


Slow Flow & Restore (60 minutes)

Engage in mindful movement with a moderate challenge through slow vinyasa flows and deep stretches that build flexibility and release tension. The class concludes with 15 minutes of restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to reset.

Specialized Classes:

Nurture & Flow: Prenatal Yoga (60 minutes)

A calming class for expectant mothers to build strength, ease tension, and connect with breath and baby. Gentle movement, supportive props, and guided relaxation help you feel grounded, empowered, and nurtured through every stage of pregnancy. No experience needed.


Seated Sunshine: Chair Yoga (45 minutes)

Brighten your day with this joyful chair yoga class, designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mind-body connection. Accessible for all, Seated Sunshine offers gentle stretches, mindful movements, and calming breath work to leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted. Perfect for every body!


Zen Kids Yoga (45 minutes)

Looking for a healthy, positive after-school activity? Zen Kids Yoga helps students in 3rd–8th grade release energy, reduce stress, and build confidence through fun yoga flows and simple mindfulness practices.

Kids will stretch, move, and play while learning techniques to improve focus, balance, and self-awareness. Each 45-minute class ends with relaxation and gratitude—helping your child feel refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the rest of the day.

ANCHORAGE SCHOOL ONLY: Safe pickup from school is available with a short walk to the studio, engaging 45-minute yoga class, and supervised time until 4:30 — giving parents peace of mind and kids a mindful after-school reset.
