How do I sign up for a class on Vagaro?

You can book any class through our Vagaro page or the free Vagaro app.

  1. Visit www.vagaro.com/harmonyinmotionyoga or open the app.
  2. Click Sign In and use the same email linked to your membership or package.
  3. Go to the Classes tab, find your class, and click Book.
  4. Choose whether you’ll attend At Business (In Studio) or Live Stream (Online).
  5. Continue through checkout and click Complete Booking to confirm.


What’s the difference between “At Business” and “Live Stream”?
  1. At Business means you’ll join us in person at the studio.
  2. Live Stream means you’ll receive a Zoom link to practice from home.

If you accidentally choose the wrong one, you can cancel your booking and rebook using the correct option.


I’m a member or have a package. Why does it show a price when I book?

Don’t worry — that’s normal!

Vagaro displays the drop-in rate before it checks your account.

Just continue to the final screen; your membership or class package will automatically apply, and the total will update to $0.00 before you confirm.


How do I pay for a single $15 drop-in class?
  1. Select your class and choose At Business or Live Stream.
  2. On the payment screen, choose Single Class – $15.
  3. Enter your payment details and click Complete Booking.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation once payment is processed.

💡 Tip: Booking ahead guarantees your spot and helps your instructor prepare.


Where do I enter a promo code (like Group Wellness or Class Discount)?

If you’ve been given a promo code by your employer, wellness program, or for a special offer:

  1. On the Payment Screen, look for the box labeled Add Promo Code.
  2. Type in your code exactly as given (case-sensitive).
  3. Click Apply, then confirm that your discount appears in the total.
  4. Click Complete Booking to finish.


How do I know my booking went through?

After you click Complete Booking, you’ll see a Booking Confirmed message on screen.

You’ll also get a confirmation email and can find your reservation under:

Profile → Upcoming Classes in the Vagaro app.

If it doesn’t show there, your booking wasn’t finalized — try again or contact us.


My promo code or package didn’t apply. What should I do?
  1. Double-check for typos or expired codes.
  2. Make sure you’re signed in with the same email linked to your membership or group wellness account.

If it still doesn’t work, email us (emily@harmonyinmotionyoga.org) and we’ll fix it right away!


I booked the wrong class type (in-studio vs. live stream). How can I change it?

You can cancel and rebook in just a few seconds:

  1. Go to Profile → Upcoming Classes in your Vagaro app.
  2. Tap the class → Cancel → then rebook using the correct option.


I thought I booked, but I’m not showing on the class list.

This happens if the final confirmation step wasn’t completed.

Rebook the class and continue until you see Booking Confirmed on your screen and receive an email confirmation.
