We’ve heard from some of our guests that online booking hasn’t always been the most user-friendly, including issues with scrolling, freezing, or not seeing availability clearly. To help make things easier, we’ve added this FAQ as a guide and a few alternative options to get you scheduled smoothly.
When booking online, select your service and preferred time as usual. If that appointment isn’t available, the system will let you know right away and may show the next available date, an option to call the Salon for possible last-minute openings, or the option to Add to Waitlist, which appears directly underneath the unavailable time.
If you’re not seeing the appointment time you need, we highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, every member of the Salon team is notified, just like we would be for a booked appointment. The waitlist allows you to select general time ranges and availability preferences, such as mornings, afternoons, weekdays, or weekends, so we know when to reach out if a cancellation opens up.
If you prefer to message us, you can do so directly through our website by scrolling to the bottom and clicking Message Us. This sends a text message straight to the Salon phone and notifies our entire team, all five of us. One of us will respond as soon as we’re able. While we do our best to reply quickly, responses can occasionally take up to 24–48 hours, and there are rare times when message notifications don’t come through immediately.
You’re also always welcome to call or text the Salon phone directly if you’re having trouble or need assistance.
