Policies

At House of Iwa, our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful, relaxing, and personalized experience. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest.

Full-service charges will still apply.

Guests

To maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services enter the spa. Due to limited seating and space, friends, family members, and visitors are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment.

Children

To preserve the tranquil environment for all guests and ensure everyone's safety, children are not permitted in the spa, whether receiving a service or accompanying another guest. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

Hair Extensions

At this time, we are unable to perform head spa treatments on guests with hair extensions, including tape-ins, sew-ins, fusion, micro-links, hand-tied wefts, or any other extension method. Our treatments require unrestricted access to the scalp for cleansing, massage, and specialized techniques, which may compromise the integrity of extensions.

If you arrive with hair extensions, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled, and our cancellation policy may apply.

For your comfort, we recommend arriving without necklaces, dangling earrings, or valuable jewelry. Head spa treatments involve water, massage, and movement around the scalp, neck, and shoulders, and jewelry may become wet or interfere with your service. While we take every precaution,House of Iwa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the spa. Complimentary refreshments may be offered during your visit for your enjoyment.
