Lash Services -

Only the person getting lash services is allowed. No children. This is a service that requires your eyes to be shut for 1.5-3.5 hours, for liability and safety reasons I can’t have guests present.

Fills must be booked on time. After 3 weeks, it's a full set unless over 40% of lashes remain after removing outgrown extensions. If you book a fill and need a full set, I will only have time to give you a fill, please book accordingly.

Arrive with no eye makeup, especially eyeliner, mascara, or false lashes. If you come in with false lashes on I will ask that we cancel your appointment. Removal takes time and may affect 4+ week retention. If you arrive with lashes on, i may not be able to proceed with the service or will need to charge a removal fee.

All Services -

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior. If you have a history of cancellations and changes you’ll be asked to send a non-refundable & non transferable deposit for future appointments.

Deposit can only be transferred once. If appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment you for-fit deposit and new deposit is required to rebook.

Please advise me if you’re running late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Cancellation policy applies. Please note that arriving late reduces your service time.

If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment, half the service amount is due in order to rebook and new deposit is required to rebook. please respect my time and clients after you.

No-call/no-shows result in a forfeited deposit and loss of booking privileges.

For full lash sets, full service amount is charged to card on file due to service time.

Know before you go -

Arrive with no eye makeup, especially eyeliner, mascara, or false lashes. Removal takes time and may affect 4+ week retention.

Recommend not using strip lashes 3 days prior to appointment, the glue residue will affect lash retention.

Its best to avoid phone use during your appointment to avoid introducing chemical burn which happens with excessive eye opening during service. I can always help answer or return a call/text but its best to avoid phone usage until after your appointment to optimize service time.

Drinks like alcohol or caffeine can increase sensitivity. Its best to avoid all caffeine/alcohol 'til after your appointment. If you come in with caffeine on hand I will ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your eyes fluttering not only make it harder for me to lash you but it can also cause you glue fumes to go into your eye causing chemical burn.

You'll be laying down with your eyes shut for a few hours, its best to wear comfortable clothing. I have blankets but your welcome to bring your favorite one from home.

I offer aftercare to support your retention and lash health, not to sell you something you don't need. Clean lashes last longer, feel better and look better!

I do love a good chat, but i also encourage clients to relax or nap during the appointment as it allows me to work more efficiently. I typically use the start of prep/wash time to catch up then let you know that I will be using my headphones for the remainder of the appointment and am available if needed. You are welcome to bring your own headphones or request playlists/podcasts.

A full set takes me 3 to 3.5 hours because I take the time to thoroughly lash every healthy natural lash, no shortcuts, no stickies, and no damage. Lash health comes first, so each set is styled intentionally and applied properly to protect your natural lashes and maximize retention. The result? Beautiful, safe lashes that can last up to 4 weeks before needing a fill. Fills only take about 2-2.5 hours every 2-4 weeks.
