STUDIO POLICIES:

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior. If you have a history of cancellations and changes, you’ll be asked to send a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for future appointments. Deposits can only be transferred once.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before, you forfeit the deposit and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Please advise me if you’re running late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Cancellation policy applies. Please note that arriving late reduces your service time.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, half the service amount is due to rebook, along with a new deposit. Please respect my time and the clients after you.

No-call/no-shows result in forfeited deposits and loss of booking privileges. For full lash sets, the full service amount is charged to the card on file due to the service time required.

Know Before You Go - FAQ

How long should my hair be before I come in?

Stop shaving or trimming 3–4 weeks before your appointment. Hair should be about ¼" long (roughly the length of a grain of rice) so the wax can properly grip for the best results. If hair is much short we may need to reschedule.

Is there an age restriction?

For all intimate waxing services, first-time clients must bring a valid ID to verify age. These services are for clients 18+ only, and I reserve the right to refuse service. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies.

What helps with pain?

To help reduce sensitivity before your wax, drink plenty of water (I recommend at least 3 bottles) and avoid alcohol or caffeine until after your appointment, as these can make skin more sensitive. If your doctor approves, you can take a pain reliever such as Advil about 30 minutes beforehand to help with discomfort and inflammation.

What should I come dressed in?

Wear breathable clothing like cotton underwear and relaxed pants or a skirt, so the skin can stay comfortable and irritation-free afterward.

Should I reschedule if I am on my period?

You can get waxed during your period as long as you’re wearing a fresh tampon or menstrual cup, but the area may feel more sensitive than usual. If you choose to reschedule, please remember that our regular cancellation policy still applies, so if you’re comfortable, we recommend keeping your appointment. If you have an irregular menstrual cycle i recommend scheduling when i post my weekly availability.

Is there a restroom I could use?

Yes! We have a restroom stocked with wipes, tampons, and liners so you can freshen up before your appointment. No worries if you’re coming straight from work, just freshen up before we start.

If I am just coming in for a wax can I bring my kiddo?

Yes, this is a quicker service, so you’re welcome to bring your kiddo. Just please bring a distraction to keep them entertained during your appointment. If you’re booking a lash service, please be sure to review my lash policies.

Do you sell aftercare products?

Yes, we offer select aftercare products in the studio, not as an upsell, but to help you achieve the best results possible. These trusted products are designed to soothe, protect, and maintain your results with less irritation and fewer ingrowns.

Who is NOT a good wax candidate?

You should avoid waxing if you are currently on Accutane or strong retinoids, have a sunburn or fresh tan, are experiencing breakouts, infections, or open cuts, are healing from chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling, have eczema or psoriasis in the area (proceed with caution), or are on blood thinners or have uncontrolled diabetes.
