Appointment Policies (Please Read Carefully):
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their appointments online by themselves.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, for any reason, will be charged 50% of the service price.
- The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file and is non-refundable and cannot be used for future services or credits.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Customers can reschedule their appointments online by themselves.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fees.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will follow the 50% cancellation fee policy.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrival Policy:
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best experience for all clients.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment within the same day. A $15 late rescheduling fee will apply.
- Depending on schedule availability, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling.
- Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and may be subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.
- If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you while minimizing delays for other scheduled appointments.
