Membership Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership with [MAYARI BEAUTY LLC]. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership and Billing
• Membership begins on the date you purchase and will be billed monthly on that same date.
• Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel, in accordance with these Terms.
2. Pausing Your Membership
• Members who have been enrolled for more than 30 days may pause their membership without losing access to membership benefits and perks.
• To pause your membership, you must submit a request with a specified end date for the pause period.
• Pauses must be requested in writing via email to [mayaribeauty23@gmail.com] and will be processed based on the date of submission.
• During the pause period, you will not be billed, but you will not accrue any membership perks or credits.
• After the end of the pause period, your membership will automatically resume, and billing will recommence.
3. Membership Cancellation
• There are no long-term contracts or commitments; you may cancel your membership at any time by providing a 30-day written notice via email to [mayaribeauty23@gmail.com].
• The 30-day notice period allows you to use any unused credits that have been accrued, but those credits must be used within the 30-day notice period. Any unused credits remaining after the notice period will be forfeited and are non-redeemable.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Unused Credits
• Credits accrued through your membership must be used within the 30-day notice period following cancellation or pause.
• Any unused credits that remain after the 30-day notice period will expire and become non-redeemable.
5. Military/Deployed or Relocation Circumstances
• Members who are in the military or who are deployed, or who are moving out of state, may pause or cancel their membership in accordance with the standard cancellation/pause procedures.
• Even under these circumstances, the standard cancellation and pause notice terms still apply.
6. No Refunds
• All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for periods when a membership is paused or if credits are unused or forfeited.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.
