Booking and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING:


To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be placed on file at the time of booking. Appointments without a card on file will be automatically cancelled.

I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. As a sole practitioner and a small business, my income is generated by the sessions I provide. No-shows and late cancellations represent a significant loss to my practice and affect my ability to serve all clients.

Please understand that my therapy times are reserved exclusively for you, and this policy helps ensure that I can continue offering focused, uninterrupted sessions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS: 


I understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all clients, I must enforce the following cancellation policy:


• Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.


• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will still be charged 100% of the service cost, as the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.


• If you are able to replace your appointment with another client, this policy may be waived.


Payment & Pricing Policy

New Clients are required to pay a 50% retaining fee at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to the cost of the session at the end of the appointment. 


Established clients are still required to follow the 48-hour cancellation procedure. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.



Cancellation procedures apply to new clients as well. For new clients If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours, the retaining fee will be forfeited.


Payment for each session is due at the end of your appointment.


The card on file will be billed unless you choose to pay using an alternate payment method.



PRICING: 


In order to maintain transparency and provide the highest quality of service, I have a no tipping policy. The price you see for your service is the price you pay, ensuring there are no additional charges or expectations beyond what is clearly stated. This policy helps me focus entirely on delivering the best possible experience without the pressure or confusion that can sometimes arise from tipping.


Additionally, I do not offer additional discounts unless they are clearly posted or part of a special promotion. This ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.


Please note that pricing may increase periodically to reflect changes in costs or to improve the quality of services offered. Any pricing updates will be communicated through social media, email, and other forms of client communication to ensure you are always informed and up-to-date.


Paperwork Policy


As a licensed massage therapist and health care provider, I am required to collect certain personal and health information before providing services.


Please complete all required paperwork at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is a mandatory requirement at the time of booking. Failure to complete paperwork online or in house will result in an automatic cancellation

The paperwork helps me identify any potential contraindications or health concerns that may affect your treatment. By completing this in advance, it allows me to assess your health status, ensure your safety, and determine if any modifications to your treatment plan are needed.

This process also helps prevent last-minute rescheduling or cancellations if contraindications are identified prior to your appointment. It ensures that we can proceed with your session as planned, or make adjustments if necessary.

Safety, draping & conduct policy



Your safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priority, and I am committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment throughout your session. To ensure this, the following policies are in place:


• Code for Entry: A unique entry code will be provided to you before your appointment. This code is required for access to the building to ensure the safety of both the practitioner and the client during the session.


• Draping Techniques: Draping will be discussed between the practitioner and the client before each session to ensure comfort and clarity. Typically, only the area being worked on will be undraped, and proper draping will be used at all times to maintain privacy and respect.


• No Genital or Perineal Massage: Please note that I do not provide genital or perineal massage as part of any session. All treatments are focused on therapeutic relief and are conducted in a professional manner.


• Professional Conduct: I have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any sexual or illicit innuendo, advances, or inappropriate behavior. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, liability for full payment, and a ban on booking future services. This type of behavior will not be tolerated in my practice.

Gift certificate/EGift cards policy


Thank you for choosing to give the gift of wellness! Please review the following terms and conditions for the use of gift certificates:


• Non-Exchangeable for Cash: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.


• Expiration: Gift certificates do not expire, though I recommend using them within 3 to 6 months of issuance for optimal use.


• Booking Requirements: Clients redeeming a gift certificate must still book with a card on file to secure the appointment. This is to ensure proper scheduling and to comply with my cancellation policies.


• Redemption: The gift certificate will be redeemed at checkout. Please present the certificate or provide the unique code to be verified at the time of your appointment.


• Cancellation Policy: If the recipient cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, the gift certificate will be forfeited and no longer valid for future use. Please respect my scheduling policies to avoid losing the value of the gift certificate.


• Verification: Each gift certificate has a unique code, which is either generated online or by me. This code will be verified at the time of your appointment. If the code cannot be verified, an alternate form of payment will be required.

Refunds


Please be advised that I do not offer refunds for services rendered, retaining fees, or gift certificates. Once a service has been provided or a retaining fee/gift certificate has been purchased, it is non-refundable.


I encourage you to review your appointment details and ask any questions before booking to ensure your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your treatment or experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I will do my best to address them in a timely and professional manner.
