This immersive experience will take place beside the breathtaking Ocean Gallery Exhibit at the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, where sharks and vibrant marine life will be gracefully swimming by as you relax into the sound.

Time: 5:30-6:30, check in at 5:15.
Location: Living Shipwreck in Ocean Gallery
What to bring: For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat or folding chair, along with pillows, blankets, or anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease. Dressing in comfortable clothing is encouraged so you can fully relax and settle into the experience.
