Infrared Sauna

Our New Sauna Experience

Each infrared sauna session is entirely private, allowing you the freedom to engage in activities of your choice. Some individuals take this opportunity to disconnect and meditate, while others prefer to listen to music or read.

Consider your private sauna cabin a personal sanctuary designed for your relaxation. You will emerge feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Understanding Infrared Light

The sun is our main source of light and warmth, and it gives off all sorts of electromagnetic radiation, including infrared rays. Unlike those pesky UV rays that can harm your skin and eyes, infrared rays are safe and can go deep into the body, offering some great health benefits.

At Sage Holistic Spa, we use infrared light to really get in there and provide a bunch of benefits. We take advantage of the full spectrum of infrared light—near-infrared (NIR), mid-infrared (MIR), and far-infrared (FIR)—to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for you.

Discover the Benefits

Deep Tissue Penetration

Infrared light can penetrate the skin more deeply than traditional saunas, promoting better blood circulation and enhancing the body's healing processes.

Detoxification

Sweating induced by infrared heat helps to eliminate toxins from the body, including heavy metals and chemicals.

Pain Relief

Many people find that infrared saunas can help reduce chronic pain and muscle soreness by relaxing tight muscles and improving circulation.

Relaxation and Stress Relief

The warmth of the infrared light can create a calming environment, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Improved Skin Health

Regular use can lead to clearer skin by improving blood flow and promoting the production of collagen.

Weight Loss Support

Heat can increase your heart rate, similar to exercise, which may help with calorie burning and weight management.

Enhanced Sleep

The relaxing effects can help improve sleep quality by promoting a sense of calm.

Immune System Boost

The heat can stimulate the immune system, helping your body fight off illness.

Overall, infrared saunas provide a holistic approach to wellness that many people find beneficial.

Preperation + Consideration

STAY HYDRATED!

  • It's essential to stay hydrated during your session—and in your daily life, too! We have a filtered water station available, so we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.

  • Please remove any makeup before your session. We provide face wash and makeup remover wipes for your convenience. If you’ve recently had a spray tan, it’s best to postpone your sauna visit.

  • We suggest wearing loose-fitting clothing or bringing a change of clothes for after your session.

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please inform us about any past sauna experiences or existing health conditions. While sauna therapy is generally safe, it may not be suitable for everyone. **We recommend consulting your primary physician if you are on medication or have any concerns. If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise postponing your sauna session.**
