**Subject to applicable law, the Operator reserves the right to increase your monthly membership fee with thirty (30) days' written notice. Unless you follow the proper cancellation procedures outlined in this Agreement, the new membership rate will take effect on your next billing cycle following the notice period.**

The Operator also reserves the right to transfer or assign, in whole or in part, its rights, privileges, obligations, and duties under this Agreement to any person or entity, without prior notice or approval from you.

You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Studio is located. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and applicable law, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail.

If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect the enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, agreements, proposals, representations, or understandings—whether oral or written—relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
