To protect both your time and mine, please take a moment to review Glow & Heal’s policies before booking. By reserving an appointment, you agree to the following:


❥ 24-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellation

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Anything under 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.


❥ No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.

After one no-show, a non-refundable prepayment will be required for future bookings.


❥ Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled depending on how it affects the next appointment—and may be charged as a no-show.


❥ Card on File

A valid card is required to book. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or if prepayment is required.


❥ First-Time Clients

First-time bookings require confirmation via email or text, and may be subject to a 50% deposit to hold the appointment.


❥ Respect My Time & Energy

Glow & Heal is a one-woman business. Every appointment slot is time I’ve carved out just for you. Last-minute changes affect not only my income but also other clients who could have booked that time. Please respect the boundaries I’ve set—so I can keep showing up at 100% for you.
