✦ Appointment Booking ✦

  1. All appointments must be booked online or via direct communication. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your appointment is secured.
  2. A deposit of 25% for new clients is required to secure your spot. This will be applied toward your service total.
  3. First-time male clients must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to the appointment being approved. This is to ensure a safe and professional environment for both parties.


✦ Appointment Policies ✦

  1. To protect both your time and mine, please take a moment to review Glow & Heal’s policies before booking. By reserving an appointment, you agree to the following:

❥ 24-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellation

  1. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Anything under 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

❥ No-Shows

  1. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.

After one no-show, a non-refundable prepayment will be required for future bookings.

❥ Late Arrivals

  1. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled depending on how it affects the next appointment—and may be charged as a no-show.

❥ Card on File

  1. A valid card is required to book. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or if prepayment is required.

❥ Respect My Time & Energy

  1. Glow & Heal is a one-woman business. Every appointment slot is time I’ve carved out just for you. Last-minute changes affect not only my income but also other clients who could have booked that time. Please respect the boundaries I’ve set—so I can keep showing up at 100% for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
  3. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, and future bookings may require prepayment.


✦ Refunds ✦

  1. All services are non-refundable, but if you are dissatisfied, I will do my best to address your concerns and offer solutions, such as a complimentary follow-up session.


✦ Health & Safety ✦

  1. For your safety and mine, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
  2. If you show up sick, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
  3. Certain conditions (e.g., open wounds, contagious skin issues) may require postponement of services.


Children & Guests

  1. To create a relaxing environment, only the scheduled client is permitted in the treatment area. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.


Payment

  1. Payment is due at the end of the service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle/Venmo/Apple Pay.


Add-Ons & Upgrades

  1. Add-ons like dermaplaning must be requested in advance or upon arrival, depending on availability.
