All appointments must be booked online or via direct communication. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your appointment is secured.
A deposit of $35 is required to secure your spot. This will be applied toward your service total.
First-time male clients must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to the appointment being approved. This is to ensure a safe and professional environment for both parties.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, and future bookings may require prepayment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened and/or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it may be considered a no-show, and cancellation fees will apply.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable, but if you are dissatisfied, I will do my best to address your concerns and offer solutions, such as a complimentary follow-up session.
Health & Safety
For your safety and mine, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
If you show up sick, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
Certain conditions (e.g., open wounds, contagious skin issues) may require postponement of services.
Children & Guests
To create a relaxing environment, only the scheduled client is permitted in the treatment area. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of the service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle/Venmo/Apple Pay.
Add-ons & Upgrades
Add-ons like dermaplaning must be requested in advance or upon arrival, depending on availability.
