I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. As a sole practitioner and a small business, my income is generated by the sessions I provide. No-shows and late cancellations represent a significant loss to my practice and affect my ability to serve all clients.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS:
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all clients, I must enforce the following cancellation policy:
All clients are still required to follow the 48-hour cancellation procedure. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Payment for each session is due at the end of your appointment.
The card on file will be billed unless you choose to pay using an alternate payment method.
Gratuity Policy
At Mayari Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service and create an experience that exceeds your expectations.
While gratuity is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks for outstanding service, it is never expected.
Should you choose to leave a tip, we encourage you to do so based on the quality of your experience. Gratuity is completely voluntary and will not impact the service you receive.
Additionally, I do not offer additional discounts unless they are clearly posted or part of a special promotion. This ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
Please note that pricing may increase periodically to reflect changes in costs or to improve the quality of services offered. Any pricing updates will be communicated through social media, email, and other forms of client communication to ensure you are always informed and up-to-date.
As a licensed massage therapist and health care provider, I am required to collect certain personal and health information before providing services.
Please complete all required paperwork at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is a mandatory requirement at the time of booking. Failure to complete paperwork online or in house will result in an automatic cancellation
The paperwork helps me identify any potential contraindications or health concerns that may affect your treatment.
By completing this in advance, it allows me to assess your health status, ensure your safety, and determine if any modifications to your treatment plan are needed.
This process also helps prevent last-minute rescheduling or cancellations if contraindications are identified prior to your appointment. It ensures that we can proceed with your session as planned, or make adjustments if necessary.

Thank you for choosing to give the gift of wellness! Please review the following terms and conditions for the use of gift certificates:
• Non-Exchangeable for Cash: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
• Expiration: Gift certificates do not expire, though I recommend using them within 3 to 6 months of issuance for optimal use.
• Booking Requirements: Clients redeeming a gift certificate must still book with a card on file to secure the appointment. This is to ensure proper scheduling and to comply with my cancellation policies.
• Redemption: The gift certificate will be redeemed at checkout. Please present the certificate or provide the unique code to be verified at the time of your appointment.
• Cancellation Policy: If the recipient cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, the gift certificate will be forfeited and no longer valid for future use. Please respect my scheduling policies to avoid losing the value of the gift certificate.
• Verification: Each gift certificate has a unique code, which is either generated online or by me. This code will be verified at the time of your appointment. If the code cannot be verified, an alternate form of payment will be required.
. Gift Certificates cannot be used to buy memberships, retail or merchandise unless specified and can only be used for the person it is assigned to. Misuse of any gift certificate will be voided and you will be prohibited from purchasing or booking any services with Mayari Wellness.

Please be advised that I do not offer refunds for services rendered, retaining fees, or gift certificates. Once a service has been provided or a retaining fee/gift certificate has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

Spa Specials, Promotions & Membership Policy
To ensure fairness and clarity for all our valued clients, the following policies apply to our specials, promotions, and membership benefits:
No Double Discounts:
Discounts, promotions, or membership pricing cannot be combined. If a service is already discounted due to a special or promotional offer, no additional discounts will be applied.
Membership Exclusions:
Membership pricing does not apply to limited-time promotions or already discounted services. Members may choose between the promo rate or their membership rate, whichever is more beneficial.
Promotions Are Time-Limited:
Promotional offers are only valid during the specified dates and may not be extended, transferred, or applied retroactively to past appointments.
One Promotion Per Visit:
Clients may redeem one promotion or special offer per visit. Multiple promotions cannot be used on the same day or service.
No Substitutions or Adjustments:
Specials are created with specific services and pricing in mind. Substitutions, modifications, or price adjustments are not permitted.
Gift Cards & Promos:
Promotional or discounted gift cards cannot be used toward services already part of a special or promotion.
Transparent Booking:
Please mention any promotions you’d like to apply at the time of booking. Promotions may not be added at checkout if not discussed beforehand.
