Can I switch services?

Each membership is service-specific (e.g., Brazilian, Underarms, etc.) and cannot be swapped. You may sign up for multiple memberships if you receive more than one service regularly.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

What happens if I miss a month?

If not paused in advance, the monthly visit is forfeited. You may pause your plan once during the first 3 months and up to 3x per year. 

What if I want to cancel?

Just send a message (email or text) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You’re welcome to rejoin anytime — just note that current pricing and policies will apply.
