Membership Policies


Membership Billing & Commitment

  1. Memberships are charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
  2. There is a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time.
  3. No refunds will be issued if cancelled mid-cycle.
  4. To cancel, send a message via email or text at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  5. You may pause once during your first 3 months, after that you may pause up to 3x per calendar year.


Scheduling Expectations

  1. Services must be scheduled every 3–5 weeks to maintain results and discounted pricing.
  2. Appointments booked 6+ weeks apart may incur a $5–$10 upcharge depending on regrowth.
  3. Membership services do not roll over. Missed or unused services are forfeited.
  4. Services must be used within your billing cycle (month-to-month).
  5. It is your responsibility to prebook within the timeframe to avoid losing your visit.


Cancellations & Missed Visits

  1. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the monthly visit is forfeited.
  2. Think of your membership like a gym: it rewards routine and consistency, not accumulation.
  3. Missed visits are not banked or credited forward unless you've paused your membership.

  2. 💖 Free tidy-up wax (lip, chin, brow, or tint) after 6 consecutive months
  3. ✨ Free facial add-on (mask, modality, etc.) after 3 consecutive facials
