Booking & Rescheduling

Appointments are by appointment only and can be made through my booking site. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. This helps me respect everyone’s time and energy and allows me to keep everything running smoothly! 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on timing and the type of appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations over 48 hours will result in no charge, 24-48 hours will result in a 50% charge, and less than 24 hours & no-shows will result in a 100% charge. Repeat no-shows may be unable to rebook without a deposit.

Payments

I accept cash, credit/debit, and digital payments. All payments are due at the time of service. Deposits may be required for larger services. Cash is always appreciated! 

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to me — if you have concerns, please reach out within 48 hours and I’ll do my best to make it right. Lash Lifts have 48 hours to report any concerns that need a correction and lashes will be corrected at no extra charge. 

FAQS

Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

Yes! In general:

• For facials, and lash or brow services: Come with clean, bare skin (no makeup or heavy skincare).

• Avoid exfoliating or using active ingredients 48 hours before facials and facial waxing services.

• For waxing: let hair grow to 1/4" (the size of a rice grain) and avoid lotions the day of service. It is recommended to exfoliate within 25 hours before your service.

Can I book during my cycle?

Absolutely. You may feel more sensitive, but it’s totally up to you — just wear a tampon or cup for intimate waxing. Let me know if you’d like to reschedule instead. 

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfy clothing is best — especially after waxing or advanced facial treatments. If you’re unsure, I’ve got you covered with wraps, towels, and blankets in the studio.

How do I know which facial is right for me?

All of my facials are custom — they are designed to be personalized based on your skin, goals, and what your nervous system needs that day. I suggest choosing the best price and time range for you. We’ll chat before we begin and adjust as needed. If you're still unsure check out the services page for more information on each individual service or message me directly.

What if I’m new to waxing or skincare?

Then you’re exactly who I made this space for! I’ll walk you through everything, answer any questions, and make sure you feel safe and seen every step of the way.

Is this studio neurodivergent-friendly?

Yes, 100%. I'm a neurodivergent esthetician, and I intentionally built this space to be sensory-considerate and supportive. You can request low-stimulation adjustments (low lighting, minimal talking, specific music etc.) and I’ll always accommodate the best I can to your preferences.

Do you take walk-ins?

I do NOT — all services are by appointment only so I can give each client my full intentional presence and energy.

How far in advance should I book?

My schedule can fill up 1–3 weeks in advance, especially around holidays or seasonal transitions. I am regularly booked out 1 to 2 months in advance. I recommend booking 2–3 appointments ahead if you have a consistent routine!

What if I need to cancel due to an emergency?

Life happens. Please text me as soon as you can. I’m understanding, especially if you communicate with me.
