What are essential oils? Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your home.

Inside many plants—hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are essential oils.

Essential oils give a plant its scent, protect it from hazardous environmental conditions, and even assist it with pollination, among other important functions and benefits.

Why do we use essential oils in our studio? Harnessing the powerful benefits of plant based medicine we are able to enhance your massage experience by calling upon the plants natural ability to assist in increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, fighting harmful pathogens and reducing stress through it's powerful natural chemistry.

Pain & Movement

Pain has many causes; inflammation, misalignment, trigger points or imbalances in the muscles, dehydration and nutritional deficiencies can all play a part as well as emotional pain. Some of my favorite EO's for discomfort work by opening up the blood vessels to allow more oxygenated blood in and reducing inflammation & help the fluids move.

Peppermint: This cooling essential oil is fabulous at increasing oxygen and promoting circulation

Copaiba: This is a resin from a tree sustainably sourced in the amazon rain forest this oil has amazing effects on inflammation, discomfort, stress and so much more, sitting on the CBD 2 receptors in the brain it is an effective alternative to CBD oil

Birch: My all time favorite for Muscle and bone issues, this is a powerhouse with it's natural source of Methyl salicylate. Often used interchangeably with Wintergreen this oil is stronger and faster acting. The unique sourcing of our Birch is a long family tradition and it's purity allows the releif benefits to shine.

Deep Blue: This blend of wintergreen, osmanthus, blue tansy and more is our most popular blend with it's fast acting and ease of applications. It comes in a relaxing rub to massage into your sore muscles, a convenient stick for self application as well as an oil blend if you are into making your own rollers or creams

Past Tense: This blend of Wintergreen, Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Cilantro, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Basil, Rosemary is a game changer for head and neck tension, it can be applied to the temples or on the muscles at the base of the skull for quick relief and inhaled to allow the aroma to calm the mind and body

Rescuer: A perfectly crafted and diluted variety for our littles. From growing pains to bumps and bruises this blend is great at offering comfort and relief to our most precious

Digestive health plays a huge role in our overall health as we must digest our food before we can gain any nutritional benefit from it. Below are my favorite oils to use topically on the belly or feet or take under the tongue or in a shot of water to calm and soothe an upset stomach. Additionally some of my favorite supplements to assist in digestive function.

Peppermint: Great at calming an upset stomach and a natural anti-spasmotic. Inhale for a quick way to overcome nasuea

Spearmint: a softer mint with similar benefits to peppermint, this oil is soothing, calming and delicious added to water or lemonade

Ginger: My favorite for a sour stomach, I love to add to sparking water or drop a drop directly under my tongue. Ginger chews and candies are great too as long as you watch that sugar.

Fennel: a fabulous choice for gassiness and indigestion.

Digest Zen: this blend contains all of the above and more and is a great overall oil to have on hand to handle those moments of discomfort, as it's a blend it can handle a myriad of digestive discomforts with ease

Terrazyme: Digestive enzymes are super important to help us breakdown the foods we eat to get the maximum nutrition. With our modern diets we are prone to digestive upset simply because we can't break down many of the foods we eat.

PB Restore: Probiotic+ Prebiotic+Postbiotic+Phages; this powerhouse helps repopluate the necessary good bacteria in your gut assisting the body to naturally fight pathogens, help with mood stabilization, digestive comfort and so much more.

PB Assist sachets: This easy to swallow sachet is delicious and filled with Probiotics and prebiotics. Great for kids and those wanting to focus on oral health
