Attention FitOn users

I was informed that some insurance companies are switching back to Silver Sneakers starting August 1st - this Friday.

Unfortunately it is not feasible at this time for LRY to join them. There are financial obligations that are not a fit for a small studio like us.

I'm so happy that some of you found a place here and enjoyed it - and I hope that you can continue. We do have senior discounts $12 for a single class or 10 classes for $100.

I did research joining Silver Sneakers and they are quite small minded about who they accept. I have also heard from others that the selection is not quite what it should be and mostly gyms.

I would strongly urge you to state your case to your insurance provider and maybe if they get enough complaints they'll open it up to both.

This is an all-level yoga class. In this all-levels vinyasa class, lots of modifications and options will be given to ease up on a pose, and also to go deeper. You will be able to take the level of instruction that is appropriate for you.

Cardio Kickboxing: a high energy fitness class that combines Martial Arts techniques with cardio.

This full body workout will help you burn calories, build muscle and improve your agility.

gloves are optional to shadow-box with!

Wear workout clothes, sneakers, bring water and mat.
