Strength and Agility Class with Mercy

Wednesdays 3pm

Get a full body workout with Mercy. This fitness class will focus on building strength, stability, enhancing overall conditioning, while improving mobility and endurance.

Wear indoor sneakers, bring water and yoga mat. Weights will be provided!

Cardio Kickboxing with Mercy

Saturdays 830am

Cardio Kickboxing: a high energy fitness class that combines Martial Arts techniques with cardio.

This full body workout will help you burn calories, build muscle and improve your agility.

gloves are optional to shadow-box with!

Soma-Yin with Deanna - 6 week series

Inner Journey to Increased Mobility

Wednesdays - start date March 26 - 10am to 11:15am

(excluding April 9) ending May 7

Get the best of both worlds in this relaxing somatic/yin combo class. First, we will move through somatic movements to help release tension and create fluidity in the fascia. Our somatic work will include myofascial release with tennis balls. In the second part of class, we will settle into longer held postures (yin) to help build resilience in the connective tissues and promote deep, meditative relaxation. This class is great for those in recovery from injury, or those with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis and for increasing mobility. It is also great for anyone seeking stress relief and nervous system support. All of the poses are done on the ground - no standing work. This practice is gentle and effective, no experience is necessary! Everyone can benefit, regardless of age and ability.

Thursdays 5:15pm - Beginner Yoga with Pilates with Mercy

A classic workout - great for beginners, focusing on strength, stability, posture, and proper breath control. Each class will work to balance all muscle group’s strength and flexibility with emphasis on core. Modifications will be offered for all abilities. (45 Minutes)
